You built the brand. Let us run it.

Running a DTC brand at scale means managing dozens of moving parts at once. Most founders end up becoming the person coordinating all of it.

DOSOS replaces that complexity with one operating team. We step inside the business, understand the numbers, build the growth plan and take responsibility for executing it.

Not just your Meta account. Not just your website.

The business.

  • CRO

  • Organic content
  • Creator partnerships
  • Influencer relationships
  • PR opportunities
  • Partnerships
  • Community development
  • Brand collaborations
  • Product launch strategy

  • Supplier relationships
  • Purchase planning
  • 3PL and fulfilment
  • Shipping strategy
  • Customer service
  • Returns and refunds
  • Technology stack
  • SOPs
  • Team workflows
  • Agency and freelancer management
  • International expansion
  • Marketplace strategy
  • Product roadmap
  • Launch calendars

Where specialist external resources are required, we coordinate them through our existing network.

We don’t make marketing decisions without understanding the economics behind them. We work with:

  • Revenue forecasting
  • Contribution margin
  • CAC
  • LTV
  • MER
  • ROAS
  • COGS
  • Operating expenses
  • Marketing budgets
  • Cash-flow considerations
  • Inventory investment
  • Promotional profitability
  • Pricing
  • Discounting
  • Market-level profitability
  • Growth forecasts

Every important growth decision is considered in the context of the business, not just an advertising dashboard.

02 · About

Built by operators. Not account managers.

DOSOS was built by founders and operators who have spent years inside ecommerce businesses.

We think like owners because we’ve been owners. Across our team and previous work, we’ve worked with 30+ brands. Today, DOSOS works with a maximum of five managed brands at a time.

We’ve dealt with the ads that suddenly stop performing, the winning creative that fatigues, the supplier that misses a deadline, the website that needs changing tonight, the product that unexpectedly sells out and the difficult decision between protecting margin and accelerating growth.

That experience changes how we operate.

Why only five? Not because there aren’t more opportunities. Because taking responsibility for an entire business requires attention.

We intentionally limit the number of brands under full management. Each partner gets access to the team, systems, experience, relationships and resources we’ve built over years of operating ecommerce businesses.

  • No junior account manager sitting between you and the people making decisions.
  • No twenty-client portfolio.
  • No disappearing after onboarding.

When we take on a brand, we become part of the business.

An agency is usually hired to perform a function. Run Meta. Build a website. Send emails. Make creatives. DOSOS exists to connect all of those functions and make decisions based on what is best for the business as a whole.

  • Sometimes the right decision for Meta is the wrong decision for cash flow.
  • Sometimes increasing revenue hurts contribution margin.
  • Sometimes the best CRO decision changes the creative strategy.
  • Sometimes the advertising problem is actually an inventory problem.

Those decisions require someone looking at the entire business. That’s our job.

You choose the destination. We operate the path there.

For some founders, that means aggressively scaling toward the next revenue milestone. For others, it means owning a growing ecommerce business without spending every day managing ads, creators, agencies, developers and operational problems.

Either way, the objective is the same: More growth. Less management.

19 people, $2.37M in base salaries. Multiplied by 1.25 for payroll taxes, benefits and equipment. Plus $5,000 a month outsourced bookkeeping and recruiting at $25K per hire, spread over 3 years.

The example brand spends $330K on Meta, $120K on Google, $90K on TikTok and $60K on Pinterest each month. Agency fees are taken toward the premium end of published 2026 ranges: Meta agencies typically charge 10–20% of ad spend or $2.5K–$12K retainers, TikTok $2K–$10K, Google $1.5K–$5K or 10–20% of spend, CRO $6K–$18K for ecommerce, Klaviyo agencies $6K–$12K, Shopify Plus retainers $10K–$15K, creative retainers $8K–$35K, influencer agencies $3K–$25K, SEO $3.5K–$12K, ecommerce operations consultants $4K–$8K. Salaries are set at the top of published ranges, because a brand at this level hires senior players.

Traditional agencies get paid whether you grow or not. We designed DOSOS differently. Our compensation combines a fixed operating fee with a variable performance component, which is 10% of ad spend.

When the business grows, we grow with it.

The fixed fee depends on the services you choose and the scope of the engagement. Everything is agreed transparently before we start.

04 · How we work

Two ways to work with us

Full Management

Hand us the brand.

We become your operating partner and take responsibility for the agreed areas of the business. Structured around a specific objective, or as an ongoing partnership.

For example

90 days. One objective. Build towards $X/month.

Objective-Based Engagement

1 month. 2 months. 3 months. Or a custom period.

We agree on the objective, define the operating plan and execute against it.

Ongoing Management

No artificial finish line.

We operate the business alongside you and continue pushing toward the next milestone. You decide where you want the brand to go.

We build the path to get there.

Advisory

Keep operating. Use our experience.

Some founders don’t want to hand over the business. They want another experienced operator in the room.

Our advisory model gives founders and internal teams direct access to our experience, systems, network and decision-making without transferring day-to-day management.

We can advise across growth, paid media, creative, CRO, retention, operations, hiring, suppliers, international expansion and financial strategy.

You execute.
We help make sure you’re executing the right things.

Full visibility. Always.

Handing over operations doesn’t mean losing visibility. It means losing the workload.

Every managed partner receives:

A direct review of performance, decisions, problems, opportunities and priorities for the coming week.

The numbers that matter, what changed, what happened, what we learned and what happens next.

Clear access to the metrics and dashboards used to make decisions.

Growth decisions are made against the economics of the business, not vanity metrics.

Creators, specialists, suppliers, developers, agencies, platforms and other relationships accumulated through years of operating brands become resources we can deploy when the business needs them.

05 · Client success

Selected engagements

Names and identifying information can remain confidential where required.

We’ve worked with more than 30 brands across different stages of DTC growth. These are three selected examples of what happens when growth, creative, conversion, retention and operations are managed as one system.

Case study 01

Confidential Fashion Brand

Result

Past $100K+/month

Before

Early-stage DTC brand with strong product potential but without a complete growth infrastructure.

Paid acquisition, creative, website conversion and retention were not yet operating as one coordinated system.

After

Built and managed the growth engine across acquisition, creative, CRO, retention and commercial strategy, creating a scalable operating structure around the brand.

Our Involvement
  • Paid media management
  • Creative strategy and testing
  • Creator acquisition
  • Website and CRO
  • Offer strategy
  • Retention
  • Growth forecasting
  • Weekly commercial planning

Case study 02

Confidential Lifestyle Brand

Result

Scaled past $40K+/day

Before

Established demand and meaningful daily revenue, but growth had begun to plateau.

The challenge was not finding another advertising tactic. It was coordinating acquisition, creative, conversion and commercial decisions around a single scaling objective.

After

Restructured the growth operation, expanded creative testing, optimized media allocation and improved the conversion path to unlock the next stage of scale.

Our Involvement
  • Cross-channel paid media
  • Creative research
  • Performance creative
  • CRO
  • Landing pages
  • Budget allocation
  • Scaling strategy
  • Commercial reporting

Case study 03

Confidential Eyewear Brand

Result

Scaled to $600K+/month

Before

The brand had product-market fit and existing revenue but inconsistent profitability made aggressive scaling difficult.

After

Aligned creative, media buying, website conversion, offers and unit economics around profitable growth.

The result was a significantly larger business with a more predictable acquisition engine and stronger commercial infrastructure.

Our Involvement
  • Full growth strategy
  • Paid acquisition
  • Creative strategy
  • Offer development
  • CRO
  • Retention
  • Creator partnerships
  • Financial planning
  • Scaling strategy

06 · Fit & questions

We don’t work with every brand.

Our model only works when we genuinely believe we can create value.

If we don’t think the partnership makes sense, we’ll say so. We would rather operate five businesses exceptionally well than twenty adequately.

Apply to Work With Us

  • Product and product-market fit
  • Current revenue
  • Margins
  • Unit economics
  • Growth potential
  • Existing acquisition channels
  • Creative potential
  • Operational capacity
  • Inventory
  • Founder expectations
  • Available growth capital

And whether we believe we’re the right team for the problem.

As much of the DTC operation as the engagement requires.

For full-management partners, this can include paid media, creative, creators, CRO, website management, CRM and retention, social media, growth strategy, reporting, operational coordination, forecasting and commercial decision-making.

The exact scope is agreed before onboarding.

Full-management partnerships combine a fixed monthly fee with a variable fee of 10% of ad spend.

The fixed fee depends on the services you choose. Ad spend is a direct signal of growth, so a meaningful part of what we earn comes from the growth we create.

Before each major scale-up we consult you to make sure we are aligned. Everything is agreed transparently before we start.

No.

You remain the owner and retain ultimate control of the business.

The purpose of DOSOS is to remove day-to-day operating complexity, not ownership or visibility.

You receive regular reporting, weekly calls and visibility into the decisions being made.

The difference is that you no longer need to personally coordinate every person, channel and task required to make those decisions happen.

No.

Full management is deliberately limited to a maximum of five brands at any one time.

We only accept businesses where we believe there is a strong fit, meaningful growth potential and a realistic opportunity for our team to create value.

If the economics, product, expectations or working relationship don’t make sense, we won’t take the engagement.

Your business doesn’t need another agency. It needs someone to run it.

Tell us where the brand is today. Tell us where you want it to go.

If we believe we can get it there, we’ll show you how.
